ChurnZero Named One of the Top 30 Rated Integrations on the HubSpot App Marketplace

Share

ChurnZero is the highest-rated Customer Success platform in the HubSpot App Marketplace

WASHINGTON– ChurnZero, a leading Customer Success platform, has been recognized as one of the top 30 rated apps on the HubSpot App Marketplace, a curated list of G2 industry leaders, and is the only Customer Success platform to make this list. ChurnZero was recognized as a top-rated app alongside other SaaS industry leaders including Zendesk, CallRail, Typeform, and SurveyMonkey.

ChurnZero is the most-installed Customer Success platform in the HubSpot App Marketplace. It is also the only Customer Success platform that is a HubSpot Certified App Partner.

In a world where every sales, marketing, and customer interaction is collected, ChurnZero is using that data to help Customer Success teams reduce customer churn and increase net revenue retention. ChurnZero has more than 50 native integrations with business applications that B2B SaaS companies use in their day-to-day operations.

“HubSpot became an industry leader with their relentless focus on growth through customer centricity. It’s core to what HubSpot does and it is core to ChurnZero as well,” said You Mon Tsang, ChurnZero co-founder and CEO. “Customer Success’s role, of course, is critical. In addition to increasing customer satisfaction and product adoption, most Customer Success teams are now responsible for driving recurring revenue as a key growth engine for SaaS businesses.”

The ChurnZero integration with HubSpot gives Customer Success teams the insight and functionality they need to understand the intricacies of how customers use their product and more accurately assess whether they are likely to renew and the opportunity to deliver the most personalized customer experience possible to improve customer retention rates.

Naming ChurnZero as a Top 30 integrator in their App Market place was part of a larger announcement that the HubSpot App Marketplace is now home to more than 1,000 integrations that span use cases in marketing, sales, service, and more. The CRM platform is committed to building an ecosystem that serves the needs of its customers and partners, and its App Marketplace offers a customer-centric solution that makes it simple for companies to easily find and connect the integrations they need to run and grow their business.

“ChurnZero is a recognized leader in customer success management software. It’s wonderful to see so many of our mutual customers benefit from the integration between ChurnZero and HubSpot, using our products together to deliver better experiences to their customers,” said Scott Brinker, vice president of platform ecosystem at HubSpot.
