ChurnZero REST API
Rest API plays a pivotal role in realizing a real-time Customer Success strategy by allowing you to integrate your customer data from ChurnZero directly into other systems and processes within your organization. You can seamlessly leverage data from ChurnZero into the rest of your company’s tech stack
Greater Flexibility in Accessing Data
By streamlining operations with seamless data sharing your organization will be able to realize increased productivity as well as higher customer satisfaction by allowing other teams to access customer insights inside their own systems of record. You can also use the ChurnZero REST API to send ChurnZero data to your homegrown internal systems or any other application that we do not already have a native integration with.
The ChurnZero REST API is an OData implementation. OData (Open Data Protocol) are Microsoft’s best practices for building and consuming RESTl APIs, as they are easy to consume. Practically speaking, OData does more than help ChurnZero conform to widely-accepted standards, it makes our Customer Success API accessible to developers and tools that know how to interact with OData, including Microsoft Excel, Tableau Desktop, and Microsoft Power BI, to name a few.
