ChurnZero Named a Leader in G2 Crowd’s Fall 2018 Report

We are proud to announce that ChurnZero has been named a Leader in the Customer Success category by G2 Crowd in their Fall 2018 Grid® Report.

Products are ranked by customer satisfaction (based on user reviews) and market presence (based on market share, vendor size, and social impact) and placed into four categories on the Grid®. Products in the Leader quadrant are rated highly by G2 Crowd users and have substantial Market Presence scores.

ChurnZero also remains the highest rated in the Customer Success category on G2 Crowd. This rating is based on user satisfaction.

A product’s satisfaction score is calculated by a proprietary algorithm to G2 Crowd that factors in real-user satisfaction ratings from review data.
