  About ZERO-IN 2024

This October, ZERO-IN 2024 (formerly BIG RYG) will see hundreds of customer success industry leaders gather once again in Washington, D.C. to shape, share, and evolve the strategies and best practices of customer success with an agenda of learning and networking. The main conference will be held October 16-17, with an optional customer training day on October 15.

ZERO-IN 2024 will follow last year’s conference size and format. We expect 300 customer success leaders to attend, with approximately 50 speakers and 30 workshops and sessions.

Customer success industry experts, thought leaders and executives are invited to submit speaking proposals by April 26, aligned to one of three tracks designed to offer maximum value to ZERO-IN’s leadership audience:

  • IMPACT: Optimize CS processes and programs for better customer experiences, retention, and efficiency.
  • INFLUENCE: Discover new ways to lead and influence internal CS teams, C-suites, and industry peers.

What to expect at ZERO-IN 2024

ZERO-IN is a conference for leaders. Time is built in to sit, talk, network, focus and learn.

Choose from in-depth workshops (90 minutes), informational sessions (60 minutes), and business-driven keynotes.

Customer Training Day October 15

Tailored sessions.

Customer training day offers two tracks for beginners and advanced users so you can get the most out of ChurnZero.

Actionable insights.

Sessions are typically 1-1/2 to 2 hours long and focus on hands-on training and tips and tricks you can immediately put to use.

Networking.
